NEAD (Northern Equality and Diversity) is a community interest company dedicated to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across the North of England. Through events, partnerships and community initiatives, we work to create safe, welcoming spaces where people from all backgrounds can feel seen, valued and respected.

Our work focuses on bringing communities together, celebrating diversity and supporting positive social change. From large-scale public events to grassroots collaborations, we aim to create opportunities that strengthen connections, raise awareness and encourage belonging.
